Virtual
Training and Coaching

The human brain isn’t wired to stare at computer screens for prolonged periods. So our virtual session incorporate all five learning modalities (visual, auditory, reading, writing, and kinesthetic). We break everything into smaller chunks with frequent breaks to ensure maximum training/coaching effectiveness.

Live or Virtual Speaker Coaching

Preparing to give a presentation is the same as preparing to deliver a theatrical performance. When you’re asked to give a presentation, you instantly become playwright, designer, director, and actor. Whether you present to a boardroom full of CEOs, on a convention stage, or in an office to an audience of one, everything you do needs to be as well designed and effectively rehearsed as a Broadway show.

Our coaching sessions ensure that you know how to use the techniques and secrets the best performers use to hold their audience’s attention. You will practice the most effective skills to captivate your audience, take them on an emotional journey, and leave them with a clear, compelling and memorable message.

“You have remarkable ability to train and measure enhanced communication skills, obviously related to your years in theatre."

FAQs

How long are the training/coaching sessions?

The length of each session depends upon your desired outcomes. Some organizations request three hour training sessions once a week over a period of one month. Others prefer an intense one full day or two-day experience. Some outcomes can be achieved after only a handful of sessions.

What are the equipment and room needs?

A place for participants to sit and see a projection screen. Since the sessions are experiential, it's essential that there be enough space to allow people to stand up and move about.

How many people can attend training/coaching sessions?

Training sessions can accommodate large groups (50-100) but real-world impact decreases when you have very large groups. You should keep coaching sessions relatively small (8 - 12 people). One to One coaching is always 1-1.

How much does it cost?

Fees vary depending upon your organizational and individual needs.
